AJ’s Moonlight Bakery is a bakery catering company delivering delicious custom fondant-draped celebration cakes to parties and events around the Silicon Valley and the Peninsula of Northern California.

 

Amy Bone is the pastry chef and cake decorator at AJs Moonlight Bakery.  With degrees in Baking and Pastry Arts from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and a BA in Art History from Purdue University, she creates delicious and creative custom cakes.

Jeanne Diaz is the photographer and cake decorator taking inspiration from the sights and smells of the gourmet bakery.
