I just wanted to thank you again for the WONDERFUL job you did on the cake.  He was so surprised and all of his friends and family marveled at the details and how precise the cake looked in comparison to the actual car.  It was absolutely amazing and better than I ever thought it could have turned out.  We didn't eat any of it though, it was too beautiful to ruin...  I will definitely keep you in mind for our next cake event.  Have a great day and thank you for making Mike's a special one! ~ Jamie

Thank you for a fantastic cake.  You took all my ideas and fit them in to the cake beautifully.  It told my wifes life story from the bottom to the top.  My wife was so surprised when you brought the cake in. I thought she was going to cry  as she tried to take in all the  different aspects of the cake.  It was a hit all night, all our family and friends  loved the cake and had a great time trying to figure out the story and all the different figures.  My daughters kept the dalmatian and the mustang,  they are sitting in our fridge.  Everyone loved the 21st birthday earthquake cake,  the family loved the flags,  and the colors were beautiful.   We sang 'happy birthday' my wife blew out the candles  and it took 20 minutes before she talked herself into cutting such a beautiful cake.  Then we got to eat the cake,  I love chocolate but the lemon poppy seed was great.  Luckily for me that was the largest tier and the only tier with some left over.  I'm still eating a sliver a night to this day.  Thank you again for all your hard work, it was greatly appreciated. ~ AJ

I can't tell you just how awesome the cake was!!!!  I knew it would be good - but you blew us all out of the water with your attention to detail - right down to the rippled water behind the ducks.  The 'score card' was just great.  It was so perfect in every way!  You certainly were the major highlight of our evening - and Ryan and Tiffany just loved it.  We hope you get some business from people seeing it.  If you have customers that want to contact us, don't hesitate to send them our way for kudos.  We are already wanting to plan our next something so that you can work your magic.  And did I say it was delicious?  It was incredibly lite - not the heavy pucker sweet that most chocolate cakes are!  What very little that was left - was fought over!  Even those that are not nuts for cake had more than one piece.  I will send you photos of the happy couple and their most special cake as soon as I have them.      Thank-you so very much for making our rehearsal dinner such a memorable one!  Your passion for you craft shines thru - thank-you for sharing your talent and gift with us!! ~ Barb
